It has been 14 months since we signed your proposal for a lawn sprinkling system and almost 12 months since it became operational. It was a big decision so I sought 4 bids for the project. The other companies could not compare to your immediate response and getting back with us within 7 days with a full written presentation, that was very professional. The time frame for the installation and the financial arrangements were done as stated. Your installation personnel handled themselves in a professional manner and care was taken around the many plants and buildings. Within one month after installation you could not tell where the lines were installed. Last year's winter shut down and this spring's turn-on went as scheduled. Your scheduling and service personnel were very polite and have helped me over this summer to answer my questions. I recommended your services to several people who have stopped by this summer and asked about my system. I am attaching some photos of last years install and this years results with this thank you letter. "The only GREEN LAWN" in the whole neighborhood.

Your help and concern with my malfunctioning sprinkling system due to my recently installed driveway was most appreciated.
Your operations manager, Dick Fridley, went beyond the call of duty to help me negotiate and solve this problem with the Asphalt Company. He made numerous phone calls and personally oversaw the proper work of cutting and bypassing the broken pipe under the driveway. His involvement reduced the overall cost of the repair and convinced the Asphalt Company to cover the cost of the repair.
